At Trinity Development we specialize in the Research and Acquisition of Distressed Debt and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. Over the years Trinity Development has defined its strategy by four core competencies:

Distressed Assets: Trinity Development participates in the acquisition of distressed real estate investments across multiple asset classes. Trinity’s investment focus is in commercial multi-family, office, and retail properties located in the Southeastern United States. Trinity Development brings the professionalism and expertise that is required to handle all types of complex situations that arise from owning and operating distressed real estate.

Distressed Debt: Trinity Developments actively purchases senior mortgages that are collateralized by residential, multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties. As owners of sub-performing and non-performing debt Trinity achieves attractive returns through restructuring debt with borrowers and through owning and operating the collateral.

Performing Debt: Trinity Development actively purchases performing senior mortgages secured by cash flowing investment properties that allow us to yield attractive returns on investment.

Research: Trinity Development has developed a unique research niche for the investment community by creatively accessing public sources to analyze the real estate assets held by public institutions and to disseminate our findings in a comprehensive format. These research projects are custom made and tailored to each clients specifications.
