Services // Land Development
At Trinity Development we specialize in the Land Acquisition and development of raw land. That is, we find property in various stages of entitlement and development, purchase the property, and turn the raw land into a community by completing the infrastructure development and selling lots to builders.
Many of Trinity’s partners have also enjoyed the project management services Trinity Development offers. These services include:
Distressed Assets: Trinity Development assists in the acquisition and disposition of distressed real estate assets across all asset classes. From multi-family to office and retail. Trinity Development brings the professionalism that is required to handle all types of special situations.
Land Acquisition: We can assist in all aspects of the land acquisition process from research and deal sourcing through the negotiation of land purchases.
Re-zoning: We have completed numerous re-zonings and throughout the years have developed valuable relationships with the majority of development professionals in most Florida counties. We can drive the process from community meetings through development review, public hearings and final zoning approval.
Permitting: Our expertise in the design and permitting realm can be attested to by many of our partners. Our aggressive approach to the process can shortstop most delays and have projects approved in an expeditious manor while finding innovative ways to save development cost along the way.
Community Development Districts: We have been actively involved in many CDD’s and can provide assistance in establishment, operation, and funding of Community Development Districts.
Due Diligence Studies: Trinity provides comprehensive due diligence reports to assess the feasibility of projects. These reports include: zoning/land use analysis, endangered species reports, environmental assessment, concurrency review, permit review etc. The cost of due diligence reports Trinity completes pales in comparison to the savings that can be made by knowing the facts of a development prior to closing.
